Ok I have been board at work this afternoon and surfing the Motorcycle tour / rental sites in the UK and Europe. Over the past 6 months a number of members have hinted at a tour to the Isle of Man TT in 2005 or somthing similar. Prehaps a a duell sport 7 day tour of Morocco. Is there any intrest out there?? Is sombody else allready working on somthing like this?? Is this just the bored ramblings of an office bound Aussie on a very hot afternoon. From a couple of phone calls if we want to go to the TT's we need to book bikes and Accomadation and transport soon for 2005. Costs for a 10 day TT trip thats fully guided including bike and accomadation (probably not up to Canfield standard) About 950 pounds sterling plus Airfares, or we do our own thing. If you are intrested let us know. If you have any other good ideas or contact's speak up. I feel the need to plan a decent party with a bunch good people losely woven around a motorcycle theme some place in the world. Nothing is set in stone this intended as the starting point to make somthing happen in 2005. Is this a posible new direction for Team Elves, last year it was Bonneville next year the world. If not I will just bugger off. |

Yes, for 3 months now (you may recall teh "mystery pictures" taken in Liverpool near the Ferry Landing) there has been a TEAM ELVES "feeler". I'm up for it and will ask..... Anyone interested in a 2005 TEAM ELVES Group jaunt to Isle of Man? Court |

I'd love to go - but considering my recently joining the ranks of the mortgage ridden - it may not be in the cards this time around. Henrik |

If you dont get to the IoM, three other races in Europe to consider are ; Dutch GP at Assen Bol D'or at Paul Ricard in the South of France LeMans 24 hour bike race I have been to all of these in the past and they were all monster fun.

At least 2 from Australia that makes at least 15 intrested within 12 hours of first post what do we need to do to make it happen.??? I was talking to a tour operator in the UK yesterday and seems within 2 weeks of this years event a lot of ferry tickets and accomadation are already booked for next year. Easy enough to get tickets and accom for one or two but if we need a block for 15 to 20 plus bikes and support truck/ bus we need to be firming up commitment for next year befor the chequered flag drops on this years race. |
