It was called an "austerity machine". That is a bike/car/other machine that has not had the care/money spent on it because those that have owned them can not afford to service them as they should be. Something to consider, I think, whatever you may be buying today. Caveat emptor. |

"learn something new every day". A new one?
This is a part from my stolen 06 Uly. This bike was stolen in 2011. I reported the stolen parts, on the same site, in 2012 to the UK police but nothing was done about it. After finding this and other parts last week I then reported it again. 10 days later and nothing done again. What would YOU DO? |

Find a motorcycle riding cop friend to go over there with you? Or show up at their front door and demand to see the bike, and you won't leave until they call the cops. At which point, well, the cops are there? Or tell the insurance company (assuming it was covered) then let it go, as it is there problem then. |
