that's not a tuber by any stretch of the imagination. it's a custom big twin, and the company that made it (ecosse motors) only made maybe a few then vanished like so many small builders..... but i hear they are up and running again under a different name and using late model rubbermount sportster motors to build something similar around, thats the rumor anyways.... |

BT's can use custom transmissions since it is a separate unit by design like the ecosse does... |

I tied on a really absorbent bib under my chin, and looked a couple of these over really closely several years ago at the Laughlin, NV Harley idiot-fest. Wrang the drool outa the bib several times. These are about the coolest bikes, ever. I liked them better than the Confederates, which was about their only comparable competition. VERY non-versatile machines, but exquisite detail and the sound was incredible. Sadly, FAR out of any budget I'll ever have, this side of the correct lotto numbers. If anyone finds out if they are up and building bikes again, I'd like to know. Their "Titanium" model was priced at $275,000. According to the ad I saw, you got a matching watch if you went for that unit. Al (Message edited by leftcoastal on May 09, 2013) |

I saw one of those up close a couple of years back in the AMA museum. It's like huge jewelery. Every surface is perfect. It was Brad Bitt's bike. There was a celebrity thing going on there with various famous people's bikes on display. I got to see Neal Peart's BMW too. |

im just not seeing it i guess... there are tons of beautiful parts on that bike... but nothing really "flows" together. Personally i think the overall look is hideous. |

I always seem to have a negative comment on these "have you seen" threads, but what are we talking about here? It just a custom bike, not even a hacked up "tuber" in the Buell sense of the term. Like Purpony, I'm just not feelin it. |
