Does anyone know if a Duralast tps4129 from Auto Zone will work in my 09 Uly? Can it be changed without removing the throttle body?

I ordered the tps from Auto Zone, it is exactly the same as the original. Same mfg. made in w. Germany. They did confirm it is used on several BMW cars.
