The way we're having floods and the way our soil is eroding away, we just might erode down to sea level by the end of the century. I don't know if I can wait that long. There are curvaceous roads in northeast Iowa and that area was an inland sea 290 million years ago. But that ancient oceanfront is a little too far away for a Sunday ride. I like your thinking tho. Even though Buellerific roads are far and few between in Iowa, I still enjoy living in the great potato state. | ||

I worked in Cedar Rapids a while back, and I seem to remember some hills around there - and where there are hills, there are usually twists. Am I remembering right, or is my dementia getting the best of me? | ||

Sometime this summer, I hope to make it to Iowa's hill country so I can show my Firebolt how roads are supposed to be built. As best as I can tell, your dementia is normal  However, should you want to get rid of it, just hit the reset button. | ||

northeast corner here this is the best riding in iowa I once went thru Dundee quite a while ago. I remember no cops to complain about the broken muffler on my truck and no stop lights...pretty nice from that perspective. I liked the broad main street too. I might send you a PM in the event I'll be riding in your neighborhood. | ||
