Has anyone figured out what time the live streaming would be? My google powers can't seem to summon a schedule. |

I've looked in a bunch of different locations, but I can't find a schedule for the race. BBC2 are supposed to live stream all the WSBK races (without commercials!), according to someone on another forum, but I can't verify that yet. As soon as I find anything out, I'll post it here. BBC are not showing any of the WSB races as far as I know and don't have a contract to do so. They have full coverage of MotoGP this year (with support races on the red button apparently) but not WSB. Eurosport will have all the WSB action as usual, in addition to live coverage of the Moto3 and Moto2 races (and delayed coverage of MotoGP). Both BBC and Eurosport contracts expire at the end of 2013 so it is anyone's guess who will get UK coverage next year As an aside.....Just look at the time Sam Lowes did in FP1 on his R6 in WSS!!! 1.2 seconds faster than everyone else and a time that would have put him 16th in WSB FP1. I remind you this is on a 600cc Yamaha with road tyres!! Outstanding |

I can't get beinsports, my local cable company, Optimum, is too cheap. However, I was able to find a free live stream. http://www.telegrande.com/vivo/directa/canal/grati s/p2p/transmision/watch/live/stream/online/free/tv /video/m2/euro/february-24-2013/world-superbikes-p hillip-island-race-1.html The quality was rather poor, and the picture was covered with ads unless one viewed it full screen. The transmission was live, so it took all night to see the races. When they are not broadcasting races, they are streaming events from all over the world. Bookmark it. |

I tried to watch the live stream on Bein and found it unwatchable. Stops and starts; just horrible. Until Uverse gets on board i guess I don't watch. Really does bring home the point just how marginal motorcycle racing is in the US. |

I got to see the Supersport race; it was a good battle between Lowes and Sofuoglu that went right to end. However, I missed both Superbike races. The quality of the transmission left a lot to be desired; lots of hiccups, stutters and freezes. For those whose cable companies carry Bein, how was the quality of the broadcast on Cable? I have Fios, and they don't carry Bein. |

From reports my friends gave me, "Careless Chucker" made a return in Race 1 and was unable to grid for Race 2 (in which no factory Ducatis started). Best Ducati finish was Neukirchner who just made the Top 10 in Race 1, and just missed out in Race 2. Marco finished third in Race 2, but was a victim of Checa's in Race 1. The weekend belonged to Aprilia. |

the Ainglish yakkers are the too-easily-excited Jonathan Green & color man/former racer Steve Martin the same 2 who formerly commented on SpeedTV - it's the same feed, only now it's live & un-edited |

I watched the second superbike race that beinsports had broadcast on Dish network, at my buddy Gerry's. The quality was the best I have ever seen, no commercials and good commentary. In addition Gerry said that by re arranging his subscriptions, he was actually able to save money. There are only about five net works that carry beinsports in the USA. |

And now the bad news: I need to exchange my existing Cable Box/DVR in order to receive the new channel. It's a free exchange, but it means all of the shows I've "saved for posterity" are going to be lost as Verizon says there's no way to transfer those shows off of my existing box. |

Is there a good way to digitize/video record a live stream into the computer besides holding a digital camera in front of the screen? I've tried an A/D convertor box which looks like a digicam that can feed the video and audio into iMovie. The resulting video quality is rather grainy which makes it difficult to read small print but otherwise people, things and motorcycles look OK. |

Watching the races now. I LIKE the beIN coverage!! MUCH MUCH better than Speed handled it. Wouldn't mind seeing MotoGP handled the same way (no commercial interruptions!!). |
