I was looking around KIJIJI and spotted this Uly for sale in Quebec. Check out the handlebars! I've never seen anyone do that before! I'm not saying I like it... but think of the money you'd save! You'd have to stack three sets of ROX risers to achieve that riding position!

Looks like a set of Buckhorns off a sportster! That must be the missing Buell "Heritage" Model! |

They're not Harley bars. Harley's all have 1" bars. Whoever put them on kept the stock controls, so they're 3/4" bars. He probably sat on the bike, and measured where he'd like his hands to be, then looked through a handlebar catalog. |

Its got a "riser block" on it as well AND extra front pegs on the gear/brake levers? Does it come with a Gold football helmet and a looped 8 track tape of "The Weight" for FULL effect? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMy3AbpkYvw (Message edited by Uly_man on February 05, 2013) |

That's the worst thing I've ever seen on a Uly or any other bike. Where's the big sissy bar? |

Okay, glad it's not just me! I couldn't imagine anyone doing this to a Uly... I didn't want to insult anyone! I am all for customizing a bike to suit preferences... but there comes a time when you just buy a different bike! |

At least they can be removed and original bars installed. |

F THAT!! Look at the throttle cables!! They go BEHIND the triple and make a right turn under the frame!! I got money says they are not that smooth, or will last very long...... |

Did you all miss the forward pegs? Heel shift anyone? |

Nope, Uly-man covered that already. I just hope this does not belong to one of our BadWeb Members... |

My fear in poking fun at it was that I was going to get a "Hey, that's my bike!" on here! |

I saw some fool with a bike with bars on it like the one Nobuell posted. Dumb! In reference to the pic of the Uly above: Nice way of ruining the handling of a perfectly good motorcycle. Also Dumb! Now would you like change for my 2 cents. |

Nobuell, I've met that guy! I think he lives in St. Charles Mo. He rode that thing to a rally called Hogrock in Southeastern Illinois. He really has to reach for those bars! Nice guy, just dances to the beat of a different drum! |

High bars look utterly stupid. The riding position is absolutely right with the standard set-up. |

I think they'd look better with a springer front end too. |

Maybe the person had phyical issues and the bars really were able to allow him to take longer rides. The heel toe is kinda cool. ....Am I show my MC club side??? |
