2007 XB12STT: My rear axle hole is 16.5mm wide. The axle sliders I purchased were 19.5mm across on the small side. The seller said send it back and he would fix it, it came back today at 17.5mm, so it still does not fit. My question is; Aren't all XB rear axles the same size, or is the "long" swingarm different? Should I have sympathy for the seller/manufacturer of these sliders or are they just failing for no real reason? Thanks! (Message edited by abenormal on February 02, 2013) |

All XBs use the same axle, including the long bikes. I'm not sure where you are getting these sliders, but if they are not getting it right the first time then I wouldn't have any confidence in their product. American Sport Bike and 5-0dro.com both make quality sliders that are proven to work and were designed by Buell owners. |

Thanks Froggy. I have been happy with my purchases from American Sport Bike. I haven't ever used 5-0dro. |

I know this post is a bit old but I wanted to chime in. You're both correct. All XB axles are the same (front and back) and coincidentally the 1125 axles are also the same but the swing-arm is not so the sliders have to be different. I hope the company that you bought them from took care of you but if not please have a look at our site and let us know if we can help. Our axle sliders have been sold to hundreds of Buellers worldwide with a 100% satisfaction record! You might even find some other stuff on there that you like! Badwebbers bet a discount when they use the "badweb" coupon code at checkout. Thanks for the compliments Froggy! |
