If you're thinking about buying a bike this spring you might want to start saving your pennies, I will be cleaning out the house. It's breaking my heart but I realize it's gotta be done. A bad divorce settlement and a large medical bill when I was laid off for two years has put me in a hole that I'll never get out of unless I do something drastic, so the time has come. I'm getting too old to be living life like this so I am going to do what I have to do, gonna wipe the slate clean and start my life over. I won't be pulling stuff out of storage until the weather warms up in the spring here in Ohio, but if anyone has a faint interest in any of this I am more than willing to talk about it now. I've got sixteen bikes and a Corvette, plus a bunch of parts, that I will be selling off to start over again. I haven't priced anything yet, but I will be putting everything up at a fair price. It's definitely not a fire sale, I won't be giving anything away, I don't HAVE to do this but I think it's time to man up and try do do the right thing. I've always made it a habit to look for good deals so I don't have unrealistic money in any of this, like I said prices will be fair. I'll list the 8 Buells here because I don't think anyone is interested in the Harleys, I have 8 of those too, if you are or know someone who is just let me know. These are the bikes going up for sale: 1992 RS1200 1995 S2T 1996 S1 1999 X1 2002 M2 2002 X1 White Lightning 2003 XB9R 2008 1125 Also a lot of parts that I will have to go through. I would rather sell this stuff to actual bikers than the ass-clowns on eBay and Craigslist so I will try here first. Let me know if there is any interest. And no, I have NOT been drinking!! (yet) |

Thanks man, I appreciate it! It's not so bad, I won't be getting out of motorcycles altogether, just feel a need to wipe the slate clean. I'm not gonna live forever, I have two kids that are growing up fast, just want to have some quality time with them and don't want to live like a pauper because I'm obsessed with bikes! One door closes, another door opens... |

I'm interested in the RS1200, the S2T, and the white lightning. Details and a price when you figure it out would be great. I'm most interested in the RS1200, most likely to buy the X1. I might talk the wife into grabbing up that 1992 piece of American history though, who knows? Pics whenever you can! Sorry about the bad news. |

Remember Michael to save the last bike for yourself. Riding can be therapy for the soul. Put the Harleys on here too a lot of us have both. (Message edited by 46champ on January 27, 2013) |

I've been getting slammed with emails and question on these things, so I'm gonna add a little more details so you know what I am going to be selling. These are the only pics I have for now, some are crappy, some are old. Everything is crammed in storage right now, I won't be able to pull anything out and get better pics until the weather breaks here. I am more than willing to talk about anything in more detail if you see something you're intersted in. Like I said I haven't put a price to anything yet, if you want to make an offer on anything I'll listen, but like I said this isn't a fire sale. If I can't get what I think is a reasonable price for something, I will just hang on to it. That being said, here we go: 1939 WLD - this was built from parts, and is titled as a 1939 HD WLD. Trans is 1940 with all the rare 2-bolt parts, most parts are HD, fenders are repop, bike is mocked up with my ServiCar front end to get titled, have the correct I-beam front, wheel and brake, no handlebars. Engine will need gone thru as I haven't touched it, it is probably 95% complete, non-runner 1950 ServiCar - bought from an Indie shop in Florida, was supposedly a running bike, owner took the trans for another project. Have another trans and some other parts to go with it, repop front fender, correct handlebars that need some loving, etc. Box and fenders need a good bit of work but everything is there, non-runner 1956 Panhead - bought from a guy that was having a little trouble with the law, he had owned it for 15 years before I bought it. Mostly original parts, although some things have been chromed or painted. Frame is virtually unmolested, some of the welds have been smoothed and there are a couple tabs welded for passenger pegs, neck is unaltered along with the axle plates, has sidecar loops and toolbox mount. The front end is a chrome repop, but I have an original front end I will be swapping before sale. Can be run as-is or easily restored back to stock, runner 1964 XLCH chopper - this was my latest project, very incomplete. Engine was supposedly pulled from a wrecked bike in the 70's and sat. Raked and hardtailed pre-70's frame, Columbus springer (needs rockers), Japanese peanut tank, sissy bar, apes, rear wheel w/brake drum and sprocket. An incomplete project, non-runner, no title 1966 XLCH bobber - bought from a member on the Horse, top end seized a piston. Complete but will obviously need some work, non-runner 19?? Slabside Gennie Shovel - a work-in-progress, most parts there to build a complete bike, I lovingly refer to this one as the Frankenbike. STD-cased slabside motor bought from Indie shop in KY, never run so may need gone over, comes with MSO. Motor no longer has Sputhe cam cover, comes with new Andrews cam and a shaved Knucklehead cam cover. Just picked up a '61 Pan frame for this, tank mounts were shaved but welded back on (crappily). Comes with '50's Pan tanks and HD tins, Joe Hunt magneto, chrome front-end from the Pan with nacelle and two-piece handlebars, star hub rear wheel with juice brake, front drum brake setup and a dual flange wheel if you want to fanagle a deal with someone for another star hub wheel. I forget what else I have but it should be 85-90% complete, non-runner, no title 1992 RS1200 - bought over the summer from the original owner, 7500 miles. a few imperfections in the paint, otherwise absolutely stunning! Only 205 of these were built in the five years they built them, only 30 in the last build year, 1992. runner 1994 FXLR - my baby, bought her new in late 1993. 36,000 miles, I have babied her since new, runner 1996 S2T - bought over the summer, looks like she had led a semi-hard life. 20,000 miles. Bald tires, small scrape in header, bodywork had been repaired and looked like it was painted with a brush. Put on a better set of bodywork since, but will still need some work and repaint. Original bags were gone, scored a NOS set off of ebay, and what I think turned out to be the last mounting bracket from Harley. Will need some work to be perfect, but has lots of potential, runner 1996 S1 - literally a barn find. Bought from the original owner who rode it for a few years and then put it away in his barn. Obviously a damp barn, lots of corrosion. Needs a lot of cosmetics but is all there. Replaced the intake seals and cleaned the carb but haven't gotten around to starting it, don't think it would take much to get her running. 9000 miles, non-runner

1999 Ultra - bought just before winter, was going to put a sidecar on it to haul the kids around with me. 45000 miles, black with lots of bling-bling added. No pic, but you know what an Ultra looks like, don't you? runner 1999 X1 - this one suffered the infamous chain tensioner explosion, taking the clutch with it. Have everything to fix, may or may not do so before selling. Nice clean first-year X1 with PM wheels, new tires, throttlemeisters, etc. 15,000 miles, non-runner 2002 X1 White Lightning - nice bike, a few nicks here and there on the frame, replaced leaking rocker box gaskets after purchase. I believe this one has 5000 miles, runner 2002 M2 - the guy I bought this from was very meticulous, couple of tiny scratches otherwise you couldn't tell this from a new bike, outstanding shape, traction grips, 10,000 miles, runner 2003 XB9R - bought from a guy in the military this past spring, was supposed to send me the title but never did and, surprise! can't seem to get ahold of him. Will either have to petition the state for a new title, or part out. 17,000 miles, runner 2008 1125R - bought this new in '09 during HD's fire sale. I believe it still has less than 2000 miles, runner

1974 Jawa sidecar - funky, looks like an old amusement ride California sidecar - nice shape for it's age, believe to be '80's?? Genuine HD sidecar - basketcase, needs a few things to complete, late '80's- early 90's ??

1975 Jeep CJ5 - a project. Fiberglass tub and front end, SOA lift, good 35" tires and chrome rims. Set up for small block chevy, will include a '78 350. 3-speed trans, half-hardtop that needs some loving, seats, etc. Will make a great mudder when done, non-runner And finally, my baby: 1971 Corvette LT1 Roadster - I've owned this car almost 27 years. Not for the purist, it is a light custom. Numbers-matching LT1, originally 370 horse, now estimated 425 horse. It was a custom when I bought it, the motor had been built (badly) with mismatched parts. I redid it and it now runs like a raped ape. .060 over, 12.5:1 pistons, 2.02 heads, forged crank, roller rockers, Crane commander cam, torker manifold, 600 cfm double-pumper, Hooker headers/sidepipes. Repainted in 1990, paint has some chips and wear. Deluxe interior in good shape but does have some patina. This one will probably end up on eBay, it's gonna take a small bank to get this one away from me, unfortunately this one will NOT be reasonably-priced, runner!!!

OK, I think this will slow the avalanche of emails & PMs down a bit, by a ton of requests I've priced everything. If you feel the price is too high please don't flame me, you don't know the half of what I'm going through right now. If we're not too far off I may be willing to talk, the worst I can say is no. If we're WAY off it probably isn't gonna work out, sorry. I've got my stuff posted on four separate websites. I have set up these posts simultaneously so that they will post within a few seconds of each other, just to be fair to everyone. If there is still any interest in anything, it would probably be best to send questions/dibs/arguements to my email address, hogluvr1340@yahoo.com so that I have a timestamp and can keep things in order. Who knows? I may not get anymore emails after this, time will tell. Here goes: 1939 WLD ~ $5500 1950 ServiCar ~ $6500 1956 FLH Panhead ~ $10000 1964 XLCH chopper ~ $1300 1966 XLCH bobber ~ $2000 196? Slabside Shovelhead ~ $4800 1992 RS1200 ~ $7500 1994 FXLR ~ $7500 1996 S1 ~ $2200 1996 S2T ~ $2800 1999 FLHTCUI Ultra ~ $8000 1999 X1 ~ $2000 as-is, $2750 if I fix 2002 M2 ~ $3200 2002 X1 White Lightning ~ $3750 2003 XB9R Firebolt ~ $2000 with title issues, $2600 if I petition the state to get title 2008 1125R ~ $6500 1974 Jawa sidecar ~ $650 1980's California sidecar ~ $850 1980's-90's Harley Davidson sidecar basketcase ~ $1750 1975 Jeep CJ5 ~ $2000 1971 LT1 Corvette roadster ~ $20000 |

Im interested in the 99 X1 needing work. Dealing with all this I need to get my chin in the wind. Godspeed. Best of luck on the sales. Lemmie know. Thankyou |

I'm also interested in the 99' X1. Would like to use as a daily rider and sometimes track bike. If S3windbreaker don't take it. I'd like to go for it. I have a shipper lining up a run to me in a few weeks. He could pick up the X1 on the way. I'll pm you for pics. |

OK guys, trying to sort this out after working 12 hours and putting a starter in my car! At last count, sale is pending on Jawa sidecar, probably WLD and Panhead as well. At this moment everything else is still available. I will update as things change, or money changes hands. |
