I just picked up my 2000 X-1 from the dealer. The owner before me cleaned up the tail with smaller blinkers and removing the under tail tray. Can anybody help out with pictures of how the original looked so I can get ideas on how to close the tail up. Thanks for the help! Its greatly appreciated! |

Holy cow! Man they hacked the hell out of my tail. So that's what happened to the license plate light and "glove box". Does anybody make a replacement under tray that looks decent? Thanks much! Steve |

Banke. Its cheap at about $135 or so, fits great & looks great. Gets rid of the big plastic dogs ass where the plate attaches. |

The guy that owned the bike before me removed everything under the seat. The fuse box and assorted guts are exposed bigtime. Cleaned everyting up but makes the bike unusable in wet weather and at night. Thanks for the info!! |

Just had a look at the Banke site and found no tail panel. Where did you see this item? Do you have a pic, and where to get it? |

Banke for some reason doesnt list them on their site. I know of another website who is not a sponsor here that sells them. Cheap & quick service. Email me for details. Dont want to post non sponsoring sites here. dynawide1996@hotmail.com |

What a beautiful machine! I'm going to try to build my own undertail piece. It shouldn't be hard to do, except for the rear hugger relief. If I can figure out how to resize my pictures I'll post some. Thanks again! |

I fabricated my own closeout panel from .024 2024-T3, and used a Storrs (sp?) license plate mount. See pic. Cheap. |
