Loved them make me sad though seeing the care that went into the motorcycles we ride, what makes Buell so special. I liked the FB page I see there is only 12 friends there. |

I really like this statement on Twin's website... "whatever happens in the world, we will keep Buell alive, and keep developing parts" Thanks Easyrider for your company and passion for our Buells. |

++ Two! I wonder if they knew they were making history while they were building them. I bet most of them look back on those years fondly... I do love my Buell. |

Amazing stuff. I've watched 'em ride on that 2-wheel dyno contraption. Scary s#!t. I can't wait for the EBR assembly line to get up and running...should be equally amazing. |

I am one of those "old School" Guys... Who bolted on Chrome, from the HD catalogue.... I Chromed everything I could, on my Buell. You kid's today, for SOME reason, love all that "blacked out" shit....???? CHROME IS COOL!!! |

Chrome don't getcha home. True old school is polished aluminum. Dosent chip, peel or weigh you down like chrome. Would be chrome money goes to motor That's why this kid likes blacked out shit |

Polished Allot of elbow grease on those PM's! The only chrome I have is my regulator. I find peace in Polishing... I have daily discussions with my bike as I polish... I know I have a problem... To add to my obsession with shiny alternatives, now I have a nickel frame. My S1 does have a fair amount of engine chrome. It has its place. |

Nice stuff! I have a combo of some polished some chrome along with natural and painted finishes. Balance is good. |

Chrome? If I wanted some thing to polish I would have purchased a silver tea set .... I purchased my Buell to RIDE IT, granted it has pm wheels......... Cool Pix of the Buell Co |

I did not go overboard with the chrome!!! Just a few doo-dad's here and there! Like the speedo and tach, I replaced the grotesque black "wrinkle" finished bodies with chrome ones. Then the top rocker covers on the engine.......my clutch cover is chrome, just small things! Its not like I went with chrome engine cases and all that! Although back then, I DID have the "disposable" cash to do that!! "Tastefully" done.....but NOT gaudy!!! It is fun riding them.....but to actually BUILD one?? A true "handcrafted" Bike!!! Excellent Pic's!!! (Message edited by Led on December 13, 2012) (Message edited by Led on December 13, 2012) |
