I just picked up the S1. I'm up for it. I can do Soniota, but would pass on Tombstone. If we get back in town in time, Maybe Brian can go out and play. If it's nice again next weekend, anyone want to try running up to Kitts peak? I've never ridden up there, and would like to see it. Whoretimus | ||

Belookin, What part of town are you going to be running around? I live on the east side at Golf Links and Pantano. It would just be us, Brian can't go out until later in the day, and that would just be for a short ride. I'd like to be back in time to take a run with him if possible. Sorry to have missed out today boys. Next weekend for sure. Kitt Peak sounds like fun to me! Hows Sunday around 9:00 am sound? We can run through Gates Pass, head south on Sandario and hook up to Ajo Way. That'll run us out to Kitt peak. Lets see how many Tucson Buellers we can muster up! | ||

I know you were with us in spirit though because the weather sucked. ha ha ha You weather magnet!!! Al, great ride, I had lots of fun, and those girls sure were cute! (Oh to be young again) they say your only as young as you feel, so I try to feel all the young ones I can... Anyway guys, next weekend may be a wash for me, as I think I may have to go to NM to pick up my S2. If I AM around though, you bet I'll be there!!! Hey Al, that front end is from an M2. it is not the upside down forks like ours. But... I did find an exhaust for yours: 2457470162 I talked to my buddy in Santa Fe, I will be gone next weekend to pick up the S2. He does have an S1, and he will be selling it in about three weeks. Sweet bike, I'll try to get him to send some pics. they have an S2 there also, for 4500. Better watch out, Hanging with me might turn you into a Buell Whore like me!!!  Hey, give the gals a pinch for me, or better yet, give them my number. They are small enough, they can actually FIT on the back of the S1.  An afternoon ride sounds good. Bartimus, Already watching that exhaust-Thanks! Maybe I'll take the Road King down there so I can have one on the back and one on the front! Or put one each in a saddlebag! How do the Super Trapp Exhaust compare in sound to the Vance/Hines SSR2? As throaty and deep? Same construction as far as durability? | ||

Hey Bart, you know a good shop that could fab an exhaust up for me? I want to fit a moroso spiralcore to my XB12 kinda like Davefl did over in the cool pics section on his tuber. |
