Anyone running the newer tech (and more $) Lithium battery in their race bike to help shed a few pounds? If so how well did it work out and are there any down sides like sensitivity to heat or other such nonsense that never seems to come up in the product info? Any help is greatly appreciated! |

been running a shorai in my 9r for almost a year now with no problems yet. actually swap it between xb, vfr and speed triple. maybe all psychological, but swear the missing weight was noticeable immediately. at least on the buell and triumph, not so much on the honda, it's a pig. all daily commuting, as in 365 days of sun, rain, hail, etc. no snow here, but a few mornings in the 20's. 3 sets of tires worth so far. |
