Brian, See ya around 9AM, I'll be with an X1 rider. (go tubers!) Az_M2, Sorry to hear that, I've got a leaking seal on the right side, but can't pass up the opportunity for a ride. I'm going for it. I need rubber too. Getting the seals and tires replaced this Tuesday, but will make do with what I have. Phoenix riders: See ya around 11:00 - 11:30AM at the west side of Superior, I believe the place is called Los Hermanos restaurant/Bar. I hear the weather is agreeable up there tomorrow. Down here chance of rain, but it's all good.  think warm and all will be good. Ride hard, ride free! | ||

News Flash! Well, it's now official. Copper State Sort Bike Club is listed on Buells web page as one of two Brag groups in Arizona. The sponcering Buell dealer is Hacienda and the directer is a guy by the name of Kerri. As soon as I get info as to where and when they plan to meet up I will post it. Most likely it will be on a Tuesday evening, somewhere that we can watch Two Wheeled Tuesdays. DAVE | ||

Nice ride yesterday everyone! Neither Rain nor Fog shall keep the Badweatherbikers from their appointed meetings!  good to meet you, Mike and Todd, hopefully next meeting will include some curves and better weather. But the beer and the comraderie was fine nonetheless. (hidden cameraman, eh? nice pics, we forgot to get some in Florence)  Brian, You hung in there like a trooper. Good job, I'm amazed you didn't freeze your ass off! I think it's safe to say your NOT a noob anymore, ya got lots of experience hanging the curves through that Downpour and fog. Nice job with those flames too, the first time I looked at them, I thought they were stock. Thanks for the compliments Bart, but I'd rather have some DRY riding experience! I still had fun despite the hypothermia. It was good meeting you Mike and Todd. We'll be back to hit those twisty sections when its sunny and dry! Good riding with ya Wes. I hope I didn't hold ya up too much. the S1W is going into the shop for the fork seals and new tires Thursday morning, hopefully I'll get it back out Friday afternoon. Damn I wish the S2 was done!!! I'm back out of work, more disability. Bummer, eh? ha ha ha Just gives me more ride time.  but honestly boss, I don't feel sick. | ||

Todd, In reference to your email requesting info on that bike and issue that Wes was talking about the other weekend, Wes replied: I was mistaken, the bike is a S1, but still well worth a look. Bartimus, Think you'll have your bike out of the shop by Saturday? If its Tsn Harley the probability of getting it should be good-they've been taking in and getting work out pretty fast lately. Mid morning would be good for me, if that works. Tucsonxb9s stated he would like to go. Let me know. |
