Even though I would love to keep her, I have found the Firebolt I want and am short on money to buy it. So the M2 has to go so I can buy the Firebolt. Please see the Craigslist ad here: 2002 M2L Cyclone Also below are some new pictures with the new tires installed (Shinko Raven), and the V&H re-installed after being fixed and re-packed. The pictures are from inside my garage since it's raining today. As soon as the weather clears up and I have some more free time, I'll update all the pictures on Craigslist with how the bike sits today. I have tons of extra parts to go with the bike. Lots of carburetor parts (Complete rebuild kit, and extra gaskets, all different sizes of slow speed jets, and a new spring), plus all the parts discussed on the Craigslist ad. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/37712070/Photos/M2Cyclone /IMG_0421%20%28Medium%29.JPG https://dl.dropbox.com/u/37712070/Photos/M2Cyclone /IMG_0422%20%28Medium%29.JPG https://dl.dropbox.com/u/37712070/Photos/M2Cyclone /IMG_0423%20%28Medium%29.JPG https://dl.dropbox.com/u/37712070/Photos/M2Cyclone /IMG_0424%20%28Medium%29.JPG https://dl.dropbox.com/u/37712070/Photos/M2Cyclone /IMG_0425%20%28Medium%29.JPG https://dl.dropbox.com/u/37712070/Photos/M2Cyclone /IMG_0426%20%28Medium%29.JPG These pictures were from just a few minutes ago today, October 2nd, so the mileage is accurate as of today. I will continue to ride it when weather permits until it sells, so it will likely go up in mileage unless this crappy weather sticks around. The tires have roughly 500 miles on them, and the newly repacked V&H has around 200 miles on it. Because I found a bike that I'd like to buy, I'll definitely be more flexible on the price, so feel free to give me an offer on the bike. I'm located in Maumee, Ohio - near 475/23 and 75. Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to get the images to show up. Apparently even though the HTML code is enabled, it didn't like me using the image command. Thanks! -Matt |

Awesome looking bike, what kinda shifter setup is that? It looks like a brake pedal that was put on backwards or something. Any interest in trading my regular ECM+cash for the race ECM? Thanks, Spencer |

That shifter setup is the same as on my stock M2L and it works just fine and dandy for me. Better than the older setup. |

That's a picture perfect example of what a Buell Tuber is all about. Just breathtaking. Good luck with the sale. I just wished I could be the (next) owner. If it were me I would stay firm on the price. |

Rsm688 - For right now, I have to pass on selling the Race Ignition Module. I am not interested in parting out the bike. Thanks for the offer though! If for some reason I change my mind, I'll let you know. Buell_bert - I have to agree with you, I believe the shifter is factory. I certainly didn't change it out, and the previous owner did not mention changing it out either. I've seen several that look the same, so I assumed stock. Kalali - Thanks for the kind words. I might just end up keeping her if I can't get the right price. It's a gorgeous bike, and I personally haven't seen a cleaner / nicer one out there, but I am sure there is a time capsule out there that was never driven at all. Thanks again everyone, -Matt |

I hope it went to Bill. He's an outstanding citizen and fellow BWB. I bought 2 Buells from him and got excellent deals. He had to reduce his number due to tough times some years ago. If he is the new owner i'm glad he's able to purchase this and hopefully things are looking better. If it did go to Bill it went to a good home! |
