06 Uly. When I turn the key the pump primes but keeps running. Bike runs fine but when I'm using ECMspy the pump never shuts off. |

If you haven't pulled the pump to address the chaffing wires then that is probably the issue. The control wire to the ECM is probably shorting to ground and not a show-stopper but if the power wire wears through you are pushing it not to be ignored. |

Anybody know the size of the fuel pump o-rings. Want to have set on hand before I disassemble this weekend. Thought I could just get them off McMaster. |

I think they are 3" x 3/32" Viton. At least that is what I have ordered from my local bearing suppliers and will be picking up tomorrow for another pump removal. |

Thanks, I've got some various sizes of viton. Maybe I'll luck out and already have them. Yeah right. |

Done! Sure enough that was it. I used two small zip ties to hold the wires in place. Pics to follow. O-rings were way too swollen to reuse. They are Viton #151 3" x 3/32" just like Rays said. |
