Xb1125r. Since no one has touched your question since Thursday, this being Saturday evening, I will posit this reply. Usually a person with such a product would use a federally & legally limited amount of shares to a small group OR an amount of shares up to a small, several million dollar amount. A warning accompanies the share contract that it is highly risky and the investor must have sufficient proof that he/she is using discretionary money that can be lost without incurring insolvency. Another is VC (Venture Capital) where the new business operator uses a percentage of the business (20 to 70%) ownership to leverage an investment amount he/she deems required for a good start. These first two are used quite often with limited success for the business owner. The more the owner can accomplish without these methods and still produce some demonstrable product - the better. Use of friends, family and people working for deferred gains (later to be shares) or contributed cash by them or even him/herself, the more control and future strength from which to bargain is gained. In short, the longer Erik can perform podiums without VC or public stock, the better a chance of fiscal viability. He probably has a source of income or finance from some agreements with some large companies to whom he can offer exposure and technical consulting. This is guerilla marketing, the best it gets too. He is very savvy with (seems to me) good advisors. I too would like to invest but there must be a potential for the investor to make a reasonable return. Shelby, AMG and others have been through this. Keep socking the $ away, I am sure there will be a good play. For now I see nothing on the horizon.... but Erik is one very surprising man. |

Erik is certainly looking for investment BUT you would need to be a very well heeled person to be able to invest. Lots of rules about this sort of thing. If you do have substantial funds than contact them directly. |
