Hello everyone. I am new to the South Asheville / Hendersonville NC Area, as I just transfered to our Arden, NC office, from the Myrtle Beach, SC area. My wife and I are very excited about the move, and especially the location (mountains). I just recently sold my HD, as I always said I would get another Buell if we move to the mountains. So, two weeks after our move, I bought a 2008 Ulysses, and love it. My wife also rides, and has a 03 suzuki savage 650.

Although we are extremely busy right now looking to purchase a home and getting acquainted with our jobs, i certainly hope to meet up with you folks soon.

Oh, and does anyone know of a maintenance shop in the Arden/Hendersonville area? I have a new front tire to put on the bike, but having a hard time finding a shop to put it on... All the shops i have called give me the run-around... Shop Owner "You didn't by it here, I won't put it on!", Other shop owner, "What, did you save $3 by buying it online..."

any info would be appreciated.

Welcome. Lots of good roads over here in the Waynesville area. And there is a local shop here that I use. No snarking if I bring in a tire I didn't buy there. I take the wheel off here at the house. Let me know if I can help, Dave

I actually got the guys over at the Triumph / Ducati (Myers) Shop to put it on. They were very nice, but a little high priced, but was glad to pay to have it done immediately and with no back-talk...

I will have to venture over to the Waynesville area and check it out.

Good to know about Myers. I have been in there a few times to kick tires and gawk. Happy my impression that they are OK folks was correct.
