Hey guys! I made it back home. Whew! What a drive. I did like 4000 miles in 4 days. but here is the fruit of my efforts: (I still ain't figured out how to post BIG pics) that pic was taken somewhere in Arkansas, nice weather, NOT! Crappy rain, torrential downpours, it was great driving weather as long as you were in a 4-wheeled vehicle. I dropped the bike off in Santa Fe, NM to get the Nallin kit installed, along with the Hypercharger and V&H slip-on from my blue S2. I'll be going back up there in two weeks to pick it back up and finally bring it home!!! This sweet little Georgia peach has 5000 miles on it, and is immaculate, well worth the drive as far as I'm concerned. So I'll be on the S1 for the ride on the 24th, did anyone up in Phoenix make that ride they were talking about this past weekend? P.S. nobody prayed to the Sun gods did they? edited by bartimus on January 19, 2004 |

OK guys, it's wednesday, let's start getting this weekends ride somewhat organized. Saturday the 24th. How about us Tucson guys meeting at Putney's on Oracle at 9AM and try to leave around 9:30AM. This will get us into Superior by 11:30AM. Phoenix riders, can we meet you at Los Hermanos restaurant/Bar? (it's on the right just as you enter town, has a wooden boardwalk and ice cold beers) We will be there at 11:30AM and can continue on with you at NOON. If possible, I'd like to rip the Salt river canyon, it's just up the road from Globe. Throw out your thoughts fellers... |

Az M2, We should hook up for the ride out there. I see you on your tuber a lot. I may have to bail out though, my wife is going outta town. Therefore, it's just me and my 10 year old daughter. But, we need to get together. Morgan, you out there? You up for a ride this weeekend? It was a wet ride in this morning! Now I've gotta wash my bike! Damn it! |

Yep, was a wet ride in this morning. My Harley rain pants leaked, and I had a wet crotch the first 1/2 hour or so at work. AZfirebolt, do you want to meet in front of EagleRider? It's on the way for me and I know where it is. If not, whatever is convenient for you will be fine. I'm centrally located and right off SR51. If we meet around 10:00, that should give us plenty of time to make Superior by 11:30. |

Todd, look forward to meeting you too. There's been quite an explosion of AZ buellers lately. These XB guys really stirred things up |

Hey guys, have you seen the Streetfighter t-shirts Buell is giving away? You can get a coupon from the website and bring it to the dealers to get a stamp and then mail it in.. I've got a bunch printed up and will bring them on Saturday to give out. Looks like we're going to have a good group from Phoenix. I hope Tucson can match you guys in numbers. We seem to be few and far between down here. Anyway, can't wait to meet y'all and get some ride time in to boot. 02BuellS3t you out there? gonna make it? |

AZ m2....I think when you look at all the posts on the weather report thread it kinda gives us an incentive to take advantage of what we got in AZ! It may be a touch chilly in the mornin' but we could be also be in 5 ft of snow with our bikes in storage! Be seeing ya Saturday. |

Wycked, You still need some fabrication work done? Will you be riding this saturday? If so let's chat, I have a machine shop at my disposal. We work mainly with Stainless and aluminum. |

Damn... I don't think I'll be able to ride this weekend. But hopefully, we can all get together next weekend. Besides, it's supposed to be in the mid 70's next weekend! Keep me posted on anything happening.... |

Sorry guys, bike down (or nearly down). I've got a left front fork seal leak that's pretty bad. It's been leaking a little and now is leaking alot. I want to get it fixed before I go on any extended rides. Have a fun and safe ride. |
