Who else makes a bike you can buy from a dealer and be in the Top 10 of an AMA Superbike race the next day. The word "kit" was obviously added to that post inadvertently. |

In the head-to-head comparisons I've seen (including RRW), the EBR has beaten the Ducati and KTM. So it seems the answer to the question posed on the cover may be 'yes'. (Message edited by elvis on September 13, 2012) |

Sorry, BadS1, but I think the EBR vs KTM comparison has been pretty well proven this season. As far as the Ducati? Well, we'll see if they will field a sub $40K bike that works in that form in the AMA. Larry Pegram's $150K F09's did pretty well. But that would be next year... |

Speaking of Pegram, he's in next year but hasn't decided on what bike. He should go EBR! |

Finally got to watch the last race, and the KTM versus EBR was being answered pretty clearly there. The KTM with a lot of electronic crutches and a middle of the pack rider will loose to an EBR with no electronic crutches and a very good rider. It will loose to two of them in fact, one rather soundly (at least until Josh Young banks a turn by bouncing off a one of them). |

BadS1, The KTM team has a full Austrian staffed crew here, with factory Magnetti Marelli traction control expert as well. Stefan Nebel, who has been riding here most of the season, IS the guy who won the German championship... |

Yep.... I know that. Like Hodgson when he came here from WSB he got his but kicked. Lack of knowledge of our tracks and AMA as a whole. So I don't think Nebel would do real well here.Doesn't it take knowledge of our tracks as well to get the software on the bike to do its part?? Filmore is a up and comer....doin not so bad but not in my opinion in the same park as May and Eslick yet. |

Didn't say he wasn't. I said hes not a Eslick or a May. He is a new gun in Superbike as is Eslick but with less experience on a Road Bike. |

Fillmore is NOT doing what Geoff was doing. Not even close. It's an insult to what EBR is doing to compare these eforts as similar. Fillmore riding a motorcycle that has won a championship, with the factory team that has been with the bike for three years and the German champion rider for a coach. With full blown traction control. From a company selling over 50,000 bikes per year. Fillmore knows all the tracks and has a lot of roadrace experience. Not as much as Geoff, but as much as Danny. |

Electronics is going to have to be dropped or EBR has to play the same ball game. |

Pffft. Why play their game? EBR will move their cheese. Again. |

Pegram on F09? Lol $150k yeah, but it was not a 200+hp factory superbike. lets pretend it is, he sucks that bike is still rocking wsbk podiums. There are better riders for the EBR |
