New wheel and sprocket under warranty at around 8k-9k, so at 16k I put a new belt and tire on, just noticed the belt isnt running off the pulley. Bearings seem to be fine. any Ideas, bike is now sitting at nearly 20k. |

Are you saying the belt is staying on the pulley? |

My belt also runs at the very edge of the pulley. I figured that it was a design "feature" of the Blast, and that's why it has the plastic ring around the outside edge of the rear sprocket :-D -Brad |

The belt is actually running OFF the out side of the rear pulley about 3/16 to 1/4 inch. does the plastic gaurd on the rear pulley actually keep the belt from running off? cant find anything loose, new Michelin Gold Standard is so far at over 4k miles with tread still showing, new belt at same time. Had to replace the front bearings but those are doing fine. and reas dont appear to be loose. Confusing, no loose parts but belt running off the rear pulley. Never figured I would need to put a new pulley on but wonder if that was problem, not replacing the pulley(s). |

Something is misaligned obviously. I haven't cracked my service manual in 2012 but it seems to me that there is a section about that very problem. |

Yep. Time to break out a cheap laser. My guess is that something was shifted when the new belt was put on, and not torqued to spec. |
