What an amazing motorcycle . . . always reminds me of how I was first introduced to the S1. Fun stuff ! |

Every time I see a Billet Metallic (silver metallic) S1 my min flashes to Pocono an the infamous "wheelie gone awry". |

If this is all the s1's out there I guess that makes the ones that are still together that much more collectable ! Check out Pensacola,Florida craigslist, S1,$2000,somebody needs to grab this before it gets chopped. |

James: Are you going to pick up another one? I kind of had hoped your S1W would of been returned to you. |

No_Rice - what is your favorite of all your bikes? i honestly dont know. depends on the use i guess. i really like my s1, and even though i have no problem riding it aggressively, it will not be the one i choose to take on my bombing runs at buelltoberfest or trackdays... things like that. not because i dont think it could do it, more because id prefer not to wreck it and the fact that the other ones do it better no matter how setup the s1 is. although that doesnt mean i dont ride it hard, it has been flogged heavily playing on the wisconsin roads during homecoming, and ofcourse around here regularly! No rice, this guy knows how to take pictures. Very well. thanks! i try. not bad for smartphone pics i suppose. |

Wait, I just noticed. Pardon the noobness but, is the ignition on the left side of the engine? Absolutely badass. Nels |

i had hoped it would've been returned too... a good local buddy (Blazin Buell) has a second S1 in his shop that needs a little love. Its already been reserved for me. Once i get a few things in order, like getting the XB back together, i'll focus on getting that S1 on the road (it's no Liberace S1W though) |

"Jim_d Tell us more about the motor pic after your S1. Looks hefty" Yes please. What kind of cylinders are those? I've never seen ones that don't have bolts going up through the heads. |
