As the title says, I want to add a Tach to my M2 so looking for the dual gauge dash, a tach, and the wiring harness for the tach. Thanks, Spencer |

Spencer, The Buell stock/accessory tach has a pigtail, just three wires with pins that just push into your instrument cluster wiring harness. So you'll just need a dash and tach, incidentally the 99+ model year X1 and S3 tachometers will work, you'll just have an extra wire for the low fuel light and engine light. If you can source one of those they work fine too. -Mike |

Thanks for the info Mike, that helps me out a lot as I saw a "tach harness" on eBay for like $35 and thought I needed the tach and the harness thinking it was separate from the instrument cluster harness. Are the X1 and S3 tachs identical to the M2 one as far as looks are concerned (want to have one that matches my speedo) Thanks, Spencer |

I think I got the last factory kit from Iron Machine. It was soooooo easy. If I had gotten the instructions first, I could have put a X1 tach on my M2 for half the cash |
