Yes, I searched...for well over an hour now. Does ANYBODY have dyno proof for the effect of the exhaust valve? Seems so simple...make a run, wire it open, make another run. There is so much speculation out there...but no proof that I could find. Sorry for the newb type question. Thanks! |

You would need to disable/unplug the valve on the first run to ensure it does not open, then ty-wrap it open on the second run. This isn't the best image but it shows on a dyno plot what the exhaust valve does. I added some colors to the torque curves. Green - valve open Red - valve closed Blue - active valve control

Yes, I have reviewed that graph in the patent...but its just a visual representation, not real data. I believe it may be exaggerated to emphasize the need for a patent. Just wondering with all the talk of disabling the valve or not if anybody has spent the time to see what it really does. |

Yes. Try it for yourself if you don't believe the chart, you will have a dip in mid range power with the valve stuck open, and a tip in top end power with it stuck closed. |

Here's a question. Maybe a stupid one. If the valve is opened half, do you get the best of the 2 lines? Anyone tryed this? |
