2006 Ulysses (Barricade Orange) for sale by second owner. Purchased 8/2010 with just over 10k miles and promptly ridden 2000 miles in three days without any issues. Now has just over 17k, all on pavement. Ridden in occasional rain, even snow once. Always garaged. Some two-up miles, but mostly ridden solo. Fuel mileage 43-45 mpg, depending on how hard you are riding. Never wheelied. Never stunted. Never drag raced. Never deployed from a helicopter onto a ski slope. Never used in X Games. Never bounced off the rev limiter. It may not even have one for all I know. Always run vigorously, but never abused. I have always worked on my own, and after a few years working at the Triumph shop I learned to treat them well so they did not grenade. Easy to rip about on the Buell without abusing it. Well maintained with Mobil 1 V-Twin and Formula+. Runs flawlessly, and needs nothing. A few small scratches and an exhaust header ding away from as-new. Very strong runner in every way. HID low beam, your choice of high or low seat, Aprilia-type mirrors, heated grips, generic top box. ECM undamaged, rear ground strap added. Has the usual Ulysses bags. They live indoors. Fly in to Ontario Airport (ONT) here in SoCal and I will meet you at the airport. = or = Will happily deliver anywhere for return airfare. kris, That just makes it harder to sell the rest of the Ulysses, right? I have tall and low seats. If somebody buys the bike and prefers the tall seat, I will have a low seat to sell. Only way that happens. saxman | ||

I will throw in the excellent tool kit I bought. Black fabric wrap says BUELL in blue, has a grip of wrenches, axle tool, sockets, etc. etc. Lots of goodies, and it still manages to fit under the seat! | ||

This is a very nice Ulysses...17,500 miles now. That is the tool kit that is in high demand at $85 or $90 or something these days. Also willing to throw in a few more goodies for a quick sale. Stebel horn and a couple of oil filters f I can sell this week. Need the $$$ for a real estate down payment. |
