my latest project, some drag headers for battyone and some new street headers for myself, working on a quieter muffler for my bike too, to fit up with these headers as well as the oval can
"EBR and Barker"...so by "museum pieces" do you mean they should be displayed in a glass case?
Albert's welding is always nice, but these latest one's are about as good as I've ever seen.
With standard headers,Albert's oval can and ecmspy on a standard ecm we got 146hp and 80ftlb.Hopefully squeeze more out with the new headers. TMstg1 on same bike made 138&74.
hoping to do it soon, then get my headers on and another muffler and some dyno time hopefully first though i need to sort out the dreaded clutch weep, i have an oberon unit here to stick on, a job for later possibly
Battyone nice clutch spacer, looks like a Hayes mulitstage clutch. I have one sitting on the shelf until my new motor is done. Let me know how it works out for you. Good Luck!
pipes back from ceramic coating today bike is now in bits, hopefully get on with it tomorrow night, need it ready for the big buell meet on saturday over here
Albert the is this the quiet muffler??? I have the oval one, and the sound is more strong than the exhaust of the video. The new headers can modify the sound to make the exhaust more quiet?
I saw this system in the flesh yesterday at our annual UKBEG charity bike meeting ...it really is a work of art and fits the bike perfectly unlike a lot of systems that hang too low under the engine.
