2008 Buell XB9SX This has been my do-it-all bike. It has been ridden on local back roads, covered the full length of the BRP, been to the base of Mt.Washington, and been used at ~12 track days. It has also been down - on both sides at 0 mph and on the left at the track at ~45 mph. All significant crash damage was fixed over the 2010/2011 off season and consisted of: left frame protector, left tail section, primary cover, shift lever and hardware, and the front left signal. Residual cosmetic damage is still visible on the primary inspection cover, clutch lever, left grip and left rear signal. Also, there are scuffs at the ends of the swingarm, the frame under the new left side puck is smoothly dented, and the left front corner of the airbox cover developed a crack a few months later. I've since put over 5k mi on it with no issues or worries, including 7 more track days. The rear frame rails and passenger peg brackets show some scuffing and discoloration from soft saddlebag use. Full maintenance records (always full synthetic) since owned at ~6k mi / Mar. 2010 are available. The only non-schuduled maintenance items have been rear wheel bearings, steering head bearings, and a battery - all at ~14k. It is currently on Pirelli Rosso II tires with good tread in front and decent tread in back. I've kept it almost completely stock aside from the valencia orange bodywork, LSL billet pegs (original 1" drop lightning pegs included), knock-off bar end mirrors, and an aftermarket gage background (spare and originals also included). If picked up, I'll also throw in the shortened and completely gutted muffler that was on when purchased. It is located in zip 15905, but I'm willing to ride a reasonable distance to deliver. Clean title in hand. Best reasonable offer ($2750?) takes it.
