5 from my family are driving up Friday late afternoon to stay in a room in Sheboygan Falls.
Hope to get into the DairyLand Classic and watch some flat trackin' Friday Night.
RA all day Saturday. Then home. No Sunday for us.
We'll keep an eye out for WCC members ....
Should have some room in cars for someone's extra gear, if they need it....

Given the 90 plus temps I will try and find Keith and I a paddock A or D location that is near grass. We will place one cover on asphalt for bikes and second cover on grass for chairs and people. Grass will be cooler.
Kids will bring water guns for people coolant!
My wagon will have 10x20 cover, 7 chairs, two tables, cooler with water and lemonade. |

Track Day @ Autobahn = too much fun. Although hot, it was great. Thanks to everyone for bringing along all the amenities and family/friends....it made for a very nice group event. |

the track day was indeed... AWESOME! such a great time. i only went off in the grass once [and stayed upright].

I had a great time at the track day. A big thanks to the Hickman's for their help and hospitality. Also as always, a great group for helping each other that increases the fun quotient.
I learned a lot. Actual wore the sides of my tires for a change and I'm looking forward to the next one.
I'm thinking Putnam Park 7-22 and 7-21 near Indy. My son has expressed interest in doing one in his area.
I can easily be talked into other dates as well. It's only money and it is what the new 1125R is made for. |

It is now T-2 days before departure to RA. Those of us heading north on Friday should establish a meeting location and time. Coming from Indiana, I can meet almost anywhere.

i'm heading up on friday mid-morning [10-11am]... and have to meet up with 1 or 2 people in kenosha, HWY-50 exit.[ friends mike, harold, and my sister jill, maybe others]
tim II, if you want to come to my place in chicago first then'll we'll head up north on I-94 towards milwaukee, with detours thru kettle moraine area on our way up to Plymouth WI.
anyone else going that way is welcome.
if it's raining friday, i might be driving. |

It's that time again, meeting at the new IL H/D digs on Joliet Rd just east of LaGrange Rd on the North side of the street. Meeting this Thursday , June 7th, from 7PM until 8PM. Perhaps food or a ride later?
Hear about Road America and EBR new from the "inside". See photos from Memorial Day track day, Road America, learn of future club rides and outings. Talk of a Putnam Park track day? Be there or not, a great day for riding as far as the weather goes. See you there!

Sharon and I are going to do a leisurely ride to Starved Rock Sunday morning. I thought about starting/meeting at 9:00 am in Channahon at the BP/McDonalds. I am open do different times if required.
Anybody up for it? Dana, I plan on an easy pace with Sharon on board. Good if you want to get back out. |

Did you mean Motorsickle?
I cannot make Saturday due to commitment recently made for me. I am either:
A. Going to Autobahn if the wait list is cleared or
B. Going to Indy and riding with my son. Either way, I broke down and had a hitch installed on my SUV and will be a trailer queen for the day. Doing the round trip to Indy and riding 5-6 hours while there is a long day on the bike. Right Marc? Driving the 3 hours back after the ride will be much safer after the long day.
I rented a single motorsickle U-haul trailer but possibly I can change to a double for the trip if someone is interested. I plan on departing Munster around 5:30 am. |

Fellow WCC'rs,
It's that time again, right around the corner, July 5th, Thursday at IL H/D, 7PM. We have been meeting in front of the dealership at the picnic tables, much easier to peruse everyone's rides and mods to their rides. Come on out and hear of the deals offered by IL H/D at their new location on Joliet Rd just east of LaGrange Road on the North side of the street. Hear about Speedy's race results and tales of mechanical complications and personal achievements. Hear what's happening at EBR from our "inside" source, perspectives not to beheld from anywhere else. Plan out new rides in the area or around our area and take a look at the large amount of photos being passed around.
