Author Message   Uly_man Posted on Thursday, May 17, 2012 - 11:54 am:        Over the past few years they have not been re surfacing roads in the UK just filling in the holes. Now they are not even doing that? No money I guess. I hit this hole and it felt deep but the Uly took it with no drama. I had not seen it in time as I was behind a car. I came across this hole again the next day. Before that day I had never seen a hole that deep or rough in a road. Scary? I think the roads will get worse before they get better so its good to have a bike like the Uly that can deal with them. Those extra strong wheels and that superb suspension system is just amazing for those nasty roads and speed humps.   Etennuly Posted on Thursday, May 17, 2012 - 03:32 pm:        One of the things that led me to the X from the beginning. I got to really test mine after breaking some ribs in Wisconsin in '07. I was in the berkshires and I guess a lot of the stone is black and therefore the gravel was as well! I had never come across black gravel before. Invisible on the pavement.
