Doing a tire change front and back and need torque values for both axles and pinch bolts.I know I should have a shop manual but have just recently purchased Madstad screen and brackets, comfort kit, clutch cable, lowering collar and two new tires. My wife says I am cut off for a while. To top it off ,after bike trip in the rain last weekend my muffler broke out in rust all over. Can't afford new one so will probably remove it and paint it at the same time.Any help would be greatly appreciated. The bike is an 09 XT |

Tighten axle to 23-27ft-lbs, back off two turns, tighten to 48-52ft-lbs. Pinch bolt is 40-52ft-lbs. When I did mine, I only tightened the axle bolt to 39ft-lbs to try to see if that would prolong the bearings. |

I think you meant 40-45 on the pinch bolt, yes? That's what I've got in my service manual. |
