Y2K M2 - 25,000 (okay, 24853 right now) I bought the bike in 01 with 1,100 miles. 07 XB12STT - 6,300 Bought with 5K on the meter, been parked quite a while now, various XB specific ailments and mine. I'd get more miles in on the tuber if I'd stop pulling it apart for it's cosmetic and upgrade projects, it always takes me longer to put it back together than it should. Barkbuster, take your bearings to a bearing specialty shop, for the same price as HD wants you'll get a better bearing, or pay a little to a lot more for bearings of various improved quality on up to ceramics. They had ceramic bearings in stock for my M2 when I did them eight years ago. |

2000 M2 Cyclone...39,993 current miles. Bought it in April 2009 with 14,317 miles. I go to work and back every day and it's only a short trip. I haven't taken any long trips yet. |

Good to see so many bikes with more miles than mine. I REALLY like the air-cooled sportbike and I have a feeling that finding another one, by ANY manufacturer, would be near impossible. If memory serves, I'm at around 21,000 miles and 1 accident. I need my bike to last for another... oh... I'm 25, so 50 years at least. Radiators... pheh, who needs 'em. |

I HAVE NO IDEA!!! I am on my third speedometer. 1st died due to sending unit shorting out. 2nd was crushed when the bike did 3 summersalts at a track day. 3rd is currently at 12,600... however due to running a 26 tooth front sprocket i know that is off also.. |
