here are the EMGO part numbers you want,they can be bought for 22.53 each for the mirrors sometimes for less 20-78282 left hand mirror and 20-78281 for the right side. the S3 mirrors were used on several other bikes----GSXR600 92-93,GSXR750 91-95,GSXR1100 93-94 the mirrors are available thru H-D for 50.+ each same mirrors.I bought a brand set of emgo's and saved my money as I only spend at the dealer if I cannot go some other way I wasn't like that until they flushed Erik down the pooper... | ||

Hi Keef, Thanks very much for the info and part #s. Especially the price. That helps, because someone is selling used Emgo ones on eBay for over $30 apiece. I guess the rubber boots on the OEMs are the only difference.... A lowlife broke into my car in Amarillo wile I was driving X-country and stole one saddlebag and the mirrors, so I'm trying to make it whole again. And I share your feelings about how much it pains me to walk into a H-D dealer now. I gave away everything I owned with an H-D emblem on it, including all the 100th anniversary stuff I colected when I rode my Thunderbolt to WI from FL! | ||

no they are the same I couldn't tell the difference other than their name is stamped larger on the back of the mirror housings...also , I didn't try but the mirrors are available in colors other than just black. |
