Got a 2004 XB12s that sat outside for several years and had a tank full of water. Fuel pump and assembly completely rusted and FUBAR. Wires rusted through, low fuel sensor broken, pump dead. I read the posts on rebuilding the fuel pump with the walbro and fram fuel filter. Got pump assembly apart and everything replaced, looks good but I need to find a replacement fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone know the part # for this or where to find a compatible one? Thanks, |

You could check your local auto parts store, I sourced the metal canister filter and the pressure reg o-rings from O'Reilly. They tried to locate the pump (which was a Walbro, 07 XB, by the way) but didn't have the pre filter sock or the pressure regulator. Any parts supplier worth talking to will take a look at the one you've got and check if it crosses over from some other vehicle. |

I got my new parts from American Sport Bike, another source would be a Buell supporting HD dealer. Not sure if there are any other options. |

I dont want the whole assembly, just the regulator. I read that they are the same as some dodge cars. |
