Ive been searching the old posts and the best I can come up w/ is to take the old one to the autoparts store and they can match it up.
Well, I dont have an old one : (
The last owner put a tiny little glass one on there and Im wanting a stockish looking style.
Id love a part # or better yet a Yr make and model of a vehicle that would interchange. We dont have great parts guys here so the more info I have the better my chances.
thanks, Jeff

The local Harley dealer was closing and they had some Buell parts at 70% off. They had a fuel filter sitting on the table. I did not need it but bought it anyway. The part number in the above thread is correct

I picked my last one up at an auto parts store, one matched right up, numbers and all, well, as far as flow numbers. I have absolutely no idea where in the garage it is right now but if I run across it tonight or soon I'll look it over and post it up.

IIRC I found it in a motorcycle/atv/snowmobile book they have hanging on the rack. Usually they'll have them somewhere close to the oil filters.

Need to also make sure it is suitable for FI application. The casings are usually stronger to handle the higher fuel pressure.

Alright, heres what I came up w/.

The filter Ducxl posted turns out to be a low pressure filter for 2 bbl carb application.

through trail and error I came up w/ a V8 suitable fuel injection filter w/ 5/16 ends
that needs just a quick rework.
F65277 is $10.99 at the local parts store
and a great bonus is that the housing is stainless!
heres what I started w/.

The hose barbs were too long so I cut them down and put a new flare on the ends to hold the hose while under pressure.

and here it is all fitted up.

Sorry it's taken so long and looks like you already came up with something that works but if anyone else cares the number off of mine is FF3419/G3/8 with the numbers 0849 under that. It's even got the groove in the middle for the mount.

It was in the attic is why it took so long. Lots of stuff went up there while it's being rebuilt.

Oops. I just realized that my bike still has the original filter on it from 12 years ago.
Looks like I should follow your lead and swap it out.
