These are TESTING sessions. Look at live timing and note how often people come in to pit. USUALLY, your mechanic is right there with suspension adjusting tools, air gage, IR thermomenter, laptop - making changes, taking notes. These are working sessions. In a sense, the numbers are meaningless except to the trackside crew. |

Yeah, but lets see some more meaningless numbers Tommorrow!! Though these sessions won't prove much now, anyone not here and not getting a good setup for this new track(to the AMA) won't be in as good a shape come race day. Plus the time in the saddle for some newbies is invaluable! |

All I am reading into it is that it seems on tracks NOT with 31deg banking 69 & 99 are closer to keeping up with the Joneses then 99 was last year. Danny getting into the 22s is fantastic especially when the track record is a 23. Shaping up to be a great year I do believe. |

The top five bikes less then a second apart, WOW! I'll bet Geoff and Danny can make that up racing on any of the tracks left to run the rest of the year with the handling of our 1190's and how they race. Look out world, we're about to see some great things coming..........YEA! |

Good work getting a VERY experienced duck rider on the thing for a few laps. Should provide some quite useful information. I wonder what Ducati think about that... |

It's Ducshop who sponsors Zemke, not Ducati. Hell when Higbee was test engineer at Buell, he was a Millenium/Suzuki racer in AMA Superbike. |

M1 while Zemke will have a report for EBR, he will undoubtedly have a report for Ducshop as well. Know your enemy. |

Ducati isn't EBR's on-track 'enemy' - Factory KTM is...... + those privateer BMWs, as well |

What grabs me is Stefan Nebel. He from Germany and never rode here before. I know few of the riders haven't either but is this German fellow used to a entirely different type track in Germany?? If he is and he did damn good. |

Nebel's one of the top Euro riders against which Jens' German Pegasus Team so famously competed note: Jens warned us over a year ago that the BMWs are super-strong [proprietary electronics were/still are their issue....] |
