All year round and engine runs better than new on over 33,000 miles. Absolutely no metal fillings on the magnet when I change oil, ever! I run 80w90 gear oil in the transmission with NO problems. I change oil every 1,500 miles and would go no longer than 2000 on non-synthetic which Is what I use.
