Subject says it all I was just curious of any special procedures would save me time on changing the pads... Or if theres a tutorial somewhere that would be great! |

Loosen the pin hangers with the caliper still on the bike, pull the caliper, then go at it. If you have the stock front brake line, you will have to also pull the MC or the front wheel, probably... |

Nothing special. My procedure appears to be totally different than everyone elses 1. pull front fender 2. pull front wheel 3. remove pad retention pins 4. replace pads 5. replace wheel 6. replace fender This is a totally stock setup. Given the short length of the brake cable, I never mess with it, or pulling the caliper off (Message edited by sprintst on March 14, 2012) |
