I've been scrounging for parts and a lot of you have been helping me out, so I thought I'd pay it forward and let you all know about the stuff that's at my local HD dealer. I guess the deal is that they let go one of their parts guys and then decided to clean out the shelves. Everything is 25% off. If you buy multiple items they might make the deal sweeter, I don't know. Here's the goods: rear pulley cover, for tuber I think. no longer manufactured from what I understand.  gauge bezels. 4 or 5 of em.   Fortress Buell logo cover.   Aftermarket carbon fiber can. 2 1/2". For an M2 or S1W I think. This could prolly be had for $200. Don't hold me to that.  M2 header. It's got the o2 bung in it.  XB flame windscreen   Race muffler can. 2 1/2". Don't know what for, I got a pic of the part number.   XB9 tail trim.  A stack of black and chrome S1 breather trim.  Firebolt tank bag.  XB (I think) frame sliders.  Tuber indicator bezels.  XB (Ithink) frame guards, front and rear, black and chrome.    Now, I'm just letting you guys know where this stuff is. I am in no way connected to this dealership, other than neighboring zip code. All I know is that they were quoting me cost or slightly over, although the sign says 25% off of retail. That is a Borla carbon fiber muffler. Nice slip on with good mid range and sound. Never needs re-packing. Lower muffler is a race can. Getting quite hard to find now but only works with the race header. | ||

And the header is not M2, they were carbureted (no bung). Header is either late S3(EFI), or X1. Firebolt bag is a TAIL bag, takes the place of the rear seat clamshell cover. Good stuff, thanks for posting! | ||

LOL that's what happens when you see something you have been looking for and don't read the rest of the post. All i could think of was posting as quick as i could. Thanks a million for taking the pictures, But chances are the first call will get it. I guess i should get up early, lol. | ||

Couple things: If you do buy something from the dealer, post it up on here and I'll delete it so they don't get a bunch of calls on stuff that's gone. And PLEASE read the post. I DON'T HAVE THESE PARTS... I keep getting PM's about prices and such. If you want 'em, call the dealer. | ||

Stopped in today for some header gaskets... I noticed the following are all GONE: -header -race can -carbon can -all bezels -frame pucks I think the pulley cover and fortress bike cover are still there. You'll have to give 'em a call. | ||

I grabbed the bezels. I have a weakness for those. The fortress cover was $85 - more than I could handle right now. I really wanted the carbon can, too, but couldn't go the $285 they quoted me. Thanks for posting, latte. I'm sure with all the PMs it seems like you're in the "No good deed goes unpunished" dept but you made a few of us happier for it! | ||

I know that it has been sold, but what bike did you find out it would not fit on? Do you mean that the bike did not need one with an O2 sensor or it just would not line up? I have a 02 S3T and am looking for a replacement set and am trying to figure out which ones will work... Thx | ||
