Greetings all, its been a long time sence i have been here. My question is a proving to be an extremely diffcult one for me so ill get to the point. last winter i was pushing my 1125 outside in the snow to get some kool pics. which i did. pushing it back in the garage however became a disapointment. i brushed the rh mirror and "snap" the stupid thing broke. i have been looking for over a year trying to find one. ebay..yea right. im almost to the point of bolting on (excuse the blasphamy) honda kawi sucki yamhammer mirrors to keep legal. as the police around here havent given me a ticket yet, but threaten me to get another mirror. my local law states only one mirror ness, but a by law says orginal type mirrors (read two) are to be used on newer bikes. plus it just like pooo having one mirror poking up anyway. does anybody here have one? pair? i need right hand side. anybody know where i can get one. harley seems to have turned its parts room to dust on this. i cannot even get a "mmm ill call you back" seems like they have vanished, PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!! THANK YOU

The dealer can order you a new one, it will run you around $70. If your dealer doesn't seem to understand how to look it up and order it, call another dealer. Precision Harley and Bumpus Murfreesboro are both sponsors here and will ship to you no problem. You don't see many on ebay because they are often damaged on wrecked bikes. |

Kawi? Yam? Why not? Every time that a new bike magazine hits my mailbox I find myself looking at the mirrors on new bikes to see if there's something that will work better on my 1125. Most of the time I do it without even thinking about it. If you don't like the stock Buell mirrors, and if they're hard to find, then don't hesitate to switch to something that works better for you. If you can find something else that sticks out farther and lets you see the road instead of your shoulders, lemme know. |

I have a set of mirrors i pulled off when i put my block-off plates and back-up camera on. I'm 6'3" and about 240 so the mirrors weren't doing me any good. I really like the $40 back-up camera system.. It lets me see everything that's going on behind me and makes the front end look much cleaner. Cops haven't even looked twice at it. PM me if you want them. |

Back up camera system? Damn! Why didn't I think of that?!? I've been thinking about getting one of those for my Suburban ... I never thought about putting it on the bike. |

I've got a wireless backup camera on mine - it gets a lot of interference - better to get a wired one. Part number for a right hand mirror is N0162.1AMC |

Good to know that the wired solution is worth the extra effort to install. Not knowing this, I would have bought the wireless one for the truck. Thanks. |

I have one I think, I'll look tonight when I get home. You can have it if you pay for the shipping. I don't need it as I totaled my 1125 when I had to lay her down.... Took the mirror off to put on the blocking plates. I think its a rh mirror. |

I still get a little interference with the wired one but it isn't too bad.. i got the 4" monitor but if i had to do it again i would get the 7"... I saw somewhere that someone else had done that and it fit. The 4.5" is a little small and makes it kinda hard to tell what is behind you in detail. I got mine on amazon for ~$50 I think |

try taking the mirror off, pull the rubber boot off, and apply generous amounts of superglue. worked for mine. |

btw, if you go to a dealer (what i'm going to do here soon), the OEM part number for the rightside is N0162.1AM. And while we're at it, the PN for the left is N0161.1AM. |

Bextreme04, can you post a picture of where you mounted the monitor? Did you have to get a taller windscreen? Does it stay on all the time? How is it in the rain? |
