white on black with PM wheels? the fender was chopped when I got it....it now wears a stock seat thanks to S1wl, the corbin was not my cup o' tea If your bike is a factory white body, black frame, PM wheels, with twintail, it is one of only 3 made in that combination. |

Lightning heads? LOL Low miles? Well maybe compared to Sparky. I also picked up an S1W this last summer that I plan to go through this winter. Mine only has 9,000 miles on it, but the guy lived across the street from the beach so some of the nuts and bolts show signs of it, Nothing bad but I look forward to a little polish here and there to bring her back. Really cool time for the Buell company, 1998. |

Hi Roy, Good choice and you know that they only build 2150 of them. I found mine here in the Forum and exported to Germany. There are some modifications what you are really need to do and the most important is to change the stock oil pump gear drive. And the primary chain adjuster is also broken very often. If you understand german you will get a lot of information in the S1 Forum, its very helpful. Good luck! Frank

even the reflection looks good to recap: my S1W was stolen on July 9th, haven't seen hide nor hair of it. Unique features were a powdered blue Force intake (thanks Mr. Skinner), a checkered flag paint scheme on part of the tail (thanks Sdecap), and the front motor mount and swing arm brace over front pulley were both powdered white.... i still check craigslist and ebay regularly for the parts... i haven't been the same since |
