Looking for a way to improve shifting. I have heard the bronze bushings are a big help, but they are no longer carried at American Sport Bike. Does anybody know if something close can be purchased at like McAlister carr etc. ?? |

If you have the 2002 shifter, I don't think it uses the same arrangement as my 2000 X1 with the boomarang and long linkages. What bushings are you talking about? |

Those look pretty sweet. Personally, I have no real problem with the plastic ones so long as they are replaced about every 10K miles. They do get floppy though |

They also try and price gouge. $3.00 Buell tank emblems sell for $75? Come on. Hell, dude was selling the $14.95 Pegasus catch can for upwards of $90 at one point. (Message edited by Brinnutz on December 17, 2011) |

I didn't either, until I saw the item I had just purchased was selling for so much less at Al's. It's all part of the learning curve. |
