I crashed my 99 S3T a while back while trying to run with a couple BMW S1000RRs. The fellow behind me captured the incident and posted on you tube, thanks for putting my stupidity in the public domain. See "Joe's thunderbolt crash in the black forest" and enjoy my pain.
Anyway, I need left side Lower fairing and a front fender, I've sourced the forks and new wheel. I also posted in parts wanted, but if anybody can help me with my winter project, I would love the assistance in parts hunting. I am in the USA now and in central Indiana.
Thanks everybody, I don't mind posting my moves so long as I'm among friends. The Buell community has been super cool. I first got a Buell because i had one of the first HD XR1200 in the US, after a bit of research I found everything that made that bike better was Buell technology crossed over, so when I was left turned and launched by a very nice 77 year old guy in a Oldsmobile 98, the insurance company totaled the XR and paid me off. I decided on the above 99 S3T, it was 10 years older, a hundred pounds lighter and 20 horse power up on the XR. I have become a true believer. As to my wreck, it was absolutely my fault, I was too hot for my skill set, not the bike, plus the rear tire was a little thin for what I was doing, nobody hates me more right now than me. Thanks to some very cool Badwebbers, i will make my winter repairs and take her down to Daytona in the spring.
