Burr Ridge works for me. There are some things we need to talk about as far as the chapters money and state of IL registration. |

I won't mind if the meeting is canceled ... Without a confirmed location I did not thing there was gonna be a meeting anyway and made some casual plans for the evening.
If there will be a December meet, I suggest start nailing down a location now. |

My input regarding meeting = certainly cancel for this evening, but continue trying to find an interim location suitable for the next 6 months. I have no issue with that being a bar or restaurant..... |

I agree with canceling tonites meeting--and I'm in for Burr Ridge or a bar/restaurant as decided by club! Would anyone want to reschedule tonite to next week? Just a thought and my 2 cents. Steve |

The things I wanted to talk about are not serious but I don't think it's appropriate to discuss them on the internet. There's no rush so if we have a meeting in Dec. we can discuss it then. |

I am thinking about a ride Sunday to either Starved Rock or (most likely) Kettle Moraine area north of Lake Geneva/west of Milwaukee. I road out to Starved Rock mid-afternoon last weekend on a whim, and had too much fun to call it quits for the season. Let me know if anyone is interested....I'll check back later this evening because I'm leaving from work early today and will be off-line for the afternoon. |

Tim, let's talk Saturday night and see if a Sunday ride still makes sense at that time. I'm doing some outside volunteer work Saturday and won't be near Internet or mobile phone until dinner.

Fellow WCC'rs,
The Burr Ridge location works for me for December, but we should only make this temporary as we should not care to overstay our welcome. I am also ok with any restaurant/lounge that can accomodate our crowd.

Keith, here is a re-post of what i suggested
"i think the 1st thing is to look at the active members home locations and give us a 10 square mile area to suggest meeting locations.
Once the area is known I think finding a table, hall,VFW or new dealer should be relatively simple.
secondly, I know the new ILHD countryside location would be better for a good percentage of us regulars, but that doesn't help us now.
We do need to decide or find out if we will still be welcome at the new location. My understanding they are scheduling to be in the new location in the spring." |

a ride sounds tempting, but Thanksgiving day is not good for me. Friday might work if there is interest on that day, but I probably won't be able to get going too early due to late night Thanksgiving socializing with family/relatives. I agree that the weather is just too mild to call it quits for the season. |

I need to be home around the same time. Maybe we can meet Mike at the BP Station at Route 6 and I55 in Channahon. We could do a ride out to Starved Rock and back. Paul and I can blast to Channahon and back from Starved Rock on the expressway to save some time. We can easily get back by 1:30 or 2:00.
Paul, we can meet at my house or any other place along the way. If we meet in Channahon at 8:00 am, we would need to depart Munster area at 7:00 am.
How does that sound? Any other takers? |

The restaurant is just South of I80 near the corner of LaGrange Road and W 191st Street. The restaurant is approximately 1 block east of LaGrange off of 191st.
Lets meet there at 7:30, have a bite to eat and plan our route. The goal will be to do a short ride and finish up around 11:00 am so we can get back to the families.
So far it is PKman, Coolice and myself. Any other takers? It may be the last ride of the season. Don't be shy. Jump right in! Marc, Paul, Tim, I know you are out there.
