I have no use for it, and tired of seeing it sit around in a box, someone can put it to far better use I am sure. I would say it is a 9+/10 only because it is not new per say. Includes the mounting pins as seen in the picture, ready to snap on!! That's 50 bucks shipped in the lower 48, less then half of new after shipping charges.
