Hi guys. Today we had our annual charity toy ride. You probably have something similar where you live - roughly 4000 bikes meet at a venue, then ride to another venue where toys and other items are donated to charity for needy kids. As you can see, i donated a teddy bear and a duck. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES PLACE ANYTHING OVER YOUR HEADLIGHT! No - not a visibility issue - a melting issue. My clear plastic headlight got too hot, bubbled and melted. Can anyone with a manual close to hand tell me whether the clear lens is a replaceable individual item? |

Trusty No lens replacement. The whole assembley is what needs to be replced. part # Y0421.1AD its only $58.50 us dollars bad web discount is $52.65 not sure what shipping would be to you. check your local prices and get back to me. heck it can't weigh but a pound or so. shipping by normal airmail shouldn't be that much. Bradj - As long as both parties are consenting, it is ok by me! Kaese - Too right! definite fire potential! Smokey the Bear! Spiderman - It wasn't til after i realised - hope i haven't given some kiddy damaged goods! Then again, never met a little girl that didn't like to play Toy Hospital (I was gonna say Nurse but didn't want it misconstrued!) Fullpower - there was a high attrition rate, mostly old BMWs, Harleys (all ages), the odd Trumpy and BSA. It is a slow ride and it gets very hot. I was half expecting to push it - still surging. To be honest, I want it to break down - I want it fixed under warranty (only 3 weeks left). |

Buckinfubba Brian - Thanks - will look into it. Xmas and 4000km service has left me broke for now, will price here and be in touch more than likely in the new year! Just |

On Christmas morning, some needy kid is going to be asking, "Mommy...why is my duck's ass on fire?" Ho Ho Ho, ya'll! |
