I'm in need of a spare set of PP 2CTs. The last time I bought a set, I got them for about $200 plus a $20 off coupon code from jakewilson.com, for a total of about $180 shipped. Recently, I got jakewilson.com's current promotional with "huge tire discounts", but it looks like a 120/70 and 180/55 set is about $240 shipped which ain't exactly coaxing the cash out of my wallet. What's the best deal you guys have recently found on PP 2CTs? |

So, the best price anywhere looks to be right around $240 shipped. Sigh... |

Good call, hotrats. They also give $21 off your next order if you spend $200 or more on this order. Which means the second set would be $205. I'm half tempted to buy two sets to take advantage of the discount. |

Made an order last night for a set. Showing a fedex tracking number, just isn't showing up in their system yet. |

I was about to order and then I found a person on eBay selling nearly new track day take offs (80-85% tread on the shoulders and center pretty much unworn) for $150 shipped. He says he has a few more sets so if this set is good, I'll post his info in case anyone else wants a set. I have a set of take offs on my Daytona 675 and they look great (and grip great) even after about 2700 street miles. |

Stupid quick shipping--the tires showed up today. Front looks just about new. Rear looks just about new in the center--edges are about 60%, not the 80-85% that the seller mentioned. But since I wear out the center much quicker than the rear (probably 75% commuting), that's not a problem. These will be going on my VFR800. |
