I just want to give a public show of support to Al and the folks at American Sport Bike. Just days before my first time and highly anticipated trip to Deal's Gap, my stator wires detached where they connect to the windings. No local dealers had the stator windings in-stock, yet American Sport Bike did. Not only that, but Al recommended buying the oil and primary gasket locally to expedite shipment of the rest of the parts that he was sending! Just terrific service at prices less than what the local dealers were going to charge. Thanks! I also want to give a big thanks to Mike Kelley, lead tech at Low Country H-D for his guidance about troubleshooting the problem. I don't have the Electrical Diagnostic manual, (yet) and he helped me get the trouble code, (16) and gave me advice on the repair. Also, big thanks to all of you who shared your knowledge of trouble codes as that came in handy too! |

American Sport Bike is the best, I love purchasing from them, they are always accommodating and knowledgeable. I recently put in a couple hundred dollar order for maintenance items. Received an e-mail within a day telling me the status of the stuff and it wasn't generated e-mail but one written by a human. Worked with them to get the parts and added a few to the order over the phone with no issue. Everything arrived later and I was in business. I'd bet it would be hard to find someone with a bad experience from them. Wish Harley would exclusively let them source all parts for buell to their dealers and to us as opposed to them having to go through dealers to get the parts. |

Nothing but good things with American Sport Bike Not only do they have most of the parts in stock if you need advice Al is the best, adn good luck finding a dealer that knows 10% as much as Al does about a buell. Actually my favorite company do deal with for anything...wish others had that kind of customer service and knowledge.. |

yep, every dealing has been professional, quick, and very quick to answer any questions that I had. Use them for most orders. |
