09CR is still under warranty but I would like to see if there is a simple way to fix myself before letting the dealer look.

Bike doesn't show 6th gear when in 6th, it shows 5th. 1-5 work fine but it says in 5th when I shift.

Any ideas? I just don't know how it works.

Are you running a stock or Race ECM?

That sounds like an ecm problem to me
