Nwrider I misread your post I thought you meant the picture above your post, which is the flat black bike. |

No tuber looks better than an old-school, bare-bones S1.

Yeah, but it already comes with a nice, tidy tail section. Add about 3 feet to it can call it an M2. |

The fix is but "simple" tail chop away. |

One of the criteria I placed on my project is that I wouldn't permanently alter the frame. There are only so many in existence. Some how it just seemed wrong. Additionally, I wanted to retain the capacity to comfortably carry a passenger. I will retain the current stock seat, but I have a second seat that I will use to create a "cafe seat" for it. |

I'm going with the monster seat. Looks so much better, ill shorten the frame a little but that doesn't bother me that much |

You can't tell me that this isn't art: It's like sculpting, eliminate everything that isn't statue and you are left with the work of art. |

I found that when looking for ideas for my tail section. The use of paint powder coat are amazing. I am baffled by the lower fork tubes. Anodized? Would nt it wear off? |

The more I have looked at that bike the more I drool. Notice the tank cover... No accents... One piece! Other than fasteners you can count the number of parts that are not black or white on one hand. Even the front of the filter has been color matched. Its all in the details. I don't like the headlamp tho. |

Yeah, I'm not crazy about the headlight either. It's a generic "cafe" headlight. I would have gone with a VRod headlight:

This is an alternative tuber tail I like Nwrider, those forks are nitrided. It reduces stiction. A lot of OEM's are doing it as well. They are often called diamond-like coatings. I'm more a fan of gritty than pretty when it comes to bikes. |
