I got all excited until I saw it is for the 2" header. Maybe later, a US version? |

When somebody can send me a header, mightbe damaged for US version, but still straight I send him a free exhaust when the first production run is made for the help. |

If that falls through, I'm happy to send you an '02 M2 stock header, mint. I'd request a muffler for an S2, though - elbow on the header, not on the muffler. PM me for details if you're interested... |

first pictures off prototype, This Buell S3 is 6cm 2,4 inch, too low in the rear and the tail needs to be raised. Flexible mounting in the front to prevent braking Unbreakable rear mount system Unbreakable rear clamps with a heat bridge so they can't brake

Is there another mount for the front for those with the Y-style front mount? Looking good. |

Looks good but I would be surprised if that front mount would last 1,000 miles. This is speaking from experience of the initial WileyCo exhaust I had |

The Borla's separate header pipes seems less likely to break somehow, they could 'float' a tiny bit, independently. Easyrider, that muffler is beautiful. The springs on the front look really race-like. The front tab looks really weak. Perhaps for the Y-mount run a strap all the way around the entrance pipe, instead of just a tab? Also you don't explain, will this need "re-packing" or is it like stock, all metal, no re-packing needed? The rear mount looks awesome; but the exit pipe, does it point to the rear tire? Doesn't seem 'bendy' enough. Thanks for taking on this project! |
